• Not all events will be contested at NJ Strider meets:

  • Events that WILL be contested:

    • Field Events: Long jump, Javelin, Shot put

    • Track Events: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600m

  • Events that WILL NOT be contested:

    • Field Events: Discus, High Jump, Triple Jump

    • Track Events: Hurdles, 3000m, ALL relays, and Racewalk

• There will only be 3 MEETS per age group with the NJ Striders

  • Meets 1, 3, and 5 will be for 7-8 and 9-10

  • Meets 2, 4, and 6 will be for 11-12 and 13-14

• Meets will start at 12 for the first age group and 3pm for the second age group (Covid Rules in order to obtain a Sanction from USATF)

• Athletes will only be allowed to compete in 2 events @ NJStriders meet (no exceptions)
